Each Aeroo_Shield unit is designed for a defined enclosed-space volume, making correct sizing by cubic volume a critical factor in system performance. Capacities are listed in cubic meters, with imperial (cubic feet) equivalents provided for U.S. customers.
Units may be interconnected for expanded coverage, with new product options launching this Spring.
AS-01
For enclosed spaces up to 0.1m3 / 3.5 cubic ft.
The AS-01 is the smallest AerooShield unit in the range, designed specifically for the smallest and tightest enclosed spaces.
Engineered to protect volumes up to 0.1 m³ (≈3.5 ft³), it is ideal for applications where space is extremely limited—such as machinery compartments, small automotive units, electrical panels, control boxes, and compact battery enclosures.
Despite its minimal size, AS-01 provides fully automatic, self-activating fire suppression, operating independently without external power, sensors, or control systems. Installed directly inside the protected space, it responds at the earliest stage of fire development, suppressing the fire at its source before damage can spread.

AS-03
For enclosed spaces up to 0.3m3 / 10.5 cubic ft.
AS-03 is designed for enclosed, cabinet- and rack-sized equipment spaces where protection is required beyond very compact volumes.
With coverage up to 0.3 m³ (≈10.6 ft³), it is suitable for electrical cabinets, control panels, battery enclosures, server and data racks, automation equipment, machinery housings, and enclosed technical systems such as professional 3D printers.
AS-03 operates fully automatically without external power or sensors and can be installed as a standalone unit or interconnected with other AerooShield generators using a pyrotechnic activation cord, allowing coordinated activation across larger or distributed enclosures.

AS-06
For enclosed spaces up to 0.6m3 / 21.2 cubic ft.
AS-06 is intended for medium-sized enclosed systems where multiple components, cabinets, or assemblies operate within a shared enclosure.
Designed to protect volumes up to 0.6 m³, it is commonly used in multi-cabinet electrical systems, larger battery enclosures, industrial machinery housings, automation systems, and technical equipment compartments.
AS-06 provides fully automatic, self-activating fire suppression and can be deployed individually or interconnected with additional units via a pyrotechnic activation cord, allowing coordinated protection across larger enclosed systems without external power or control infrastructure.

AS-09
For enclosed spaces up to 0.9m3 / 31.8 cubic ft.
AS-09 is the largest AerooShield unit in the range, designed for expanded enclosed volumes where multiple units or subsystems are grouped within a single enclosure.
With coverage up to 0.9 m³, it is suitable for large technical compartments, grouped electrical or battery systems, industrial equipment enclosures, and modular installations requiring scalable protection.
AS-09 operates fully automatically and may be combined with other AerooShield generators through a pyrotechnic activation cord, enabling synchronized fire suppression across complex or distributed enclosed spaces while suppressing fires at their earliest stage
